A Bit About Me
My Journey into Chiropractic
My interest in chiropractic first began during my mid-teen years as I was always fascinated by anatomy and the way the human body works and functions. This curiosity led me to explore chiropractic further, and eventually inspired me to pursue it as my profession.
Education
After spending five years at the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic developing my knowledge and practical skills in chiropractic, I gained a deep understanding of neuroanatomy, biomechanics, and the principles of spinal health. This journey has prepared me to deliver safe, effective, and evidence-based care to my patients.
Special Interests
With a lifelong passion for sports and fitness including tennis, football, basketball strength training, I developed a keen interest in sports injuries and rehabilitation in my later years in university. I enjoy helping patients recover from injuries, identify areas of weakness, and strengthen them for long-term improvement in both health and function.
Approach to Chiropractic Care
My goal as a chiropractor is to provide personalised and tailored treatment plans that make a real difference in people’s lives. Seeing patients achieve positive, lasting results is both a satisfying and rewarding part of being a practitioner.
