A Bit About Me
My Journey
My passion for chiropractic began when my dad suffered a bad lower back injury and received chiropractic treatment. Seeing the movement and quality of life that chiropractic care restored to my dad’s life encouraged me to pursue a career in chiropractic.
This motivation has continued to inspire me to support patients through their own recovery.
Interests and Influences
Outside of work, I enjoy going to the gym, which allows me to
de-stress while also giving me a deeper appreciation of the importance of physical activity and how much it can influence our physical and mental well being. I also enjoy reading and playing melancholy pieces on the piano, so if you know any good ones,
let me know!
Education
I graduated from the University of South Wales where I developed a deeper understanding of the human body and how it functions.
During my time at university, I also had the opportunity to treat a range of patients, including those with sports injuries, pregnancy related conditions, and mechanical injuries. The best part of treating patients is being able to see the positive impact that treatment can have on their quality of life and to connect with them.
Patient-Centered Approach
I aim to provide a high standard of care by incorporating the latest evidence with a patient centred care, ensuring each treatment plan is individualised rather than a generic, one-size-fits-all approach. I also aim to provide patients with enough information so they have a confident understanding of their condition and can play an active role in their recovery.
