A Bit About Me
My Journey
I recently graduated from Coventry University with a degree in Sports & Exercise Therapy. My passion for rehabilitation and helping others began at a young age after supporting my grandad through his recovery following a double knee replacement. We’ve always had a very close relationship, and being part of his rehabilitation journey gave me an early understanding of how important movement, support, and confidence are during recovery.
My Understanding
Sport has also always been a huge part of my life. I come from a very sporty family, with field hockey being at the centre of it growing up. As both an athlete and someone who has experienced injuries myself, I understand the physical and mental impact injuries can have - whether you’re competing in sport or simply trying to stay active and pain free.
Experiences and Development
Alongside completing my degree, I’ve gained hands on experience working in university sports clinics and pitch side environments, supporting athletes across a variety of sports including rugby and hockey. I enjoy combining sports massage, rehabilitation, movement based treatment, and injury prevention to help clients move and feel at their best.
Patient-Centered Approach
My approach is always tailored to the individual. Whether your goal is to recover from injury, reduce pain and tension, improve performance, or simply move more comfortably day to day, I’m passionate about helping people feel supported, confident, and empowered throughout their treatment journey.
