A Bit About Me
From Athlete to Sports Therapist: My Journey
As a former professional track and field athlete with over 8 years of experience in sprinting and high jump events, sports have always been my passion. Inspired by family members who excelled in athletics, I was drawn to the world of sports from a young age.
Turning Setbacks into Opportunities
Unfortunately, my athletic career was cut short by a knee injury. The lack of accessible professional support during my recovery motivated me to pursue a career in sports therapy. I wanted to provide others with the guidance and care I wished I had received during those challenging times.
Education and Hands-On Experience
After graduating from Coventry University with a degree in Sports Therapy, I embarked on a journey to gain hands-on experience and further my knowledge. I found my niche working with a local rugby team, where I provided support for musculoskeletal injuries and pitch-side first aid.
Passion for Rehabilitation
and Well-being
My passion for sports and commitment to aiding individuals of all activity levels define my professional journey as a sports therapist. Whether it's rehabilitation, injury prevention, or overall physical well-being, I'm dedicated to helping others in ensuring we can all remember how good our body can feel.
